Please note! Appeals must be submitted in Belarusian or Russian.
Appeals are left without substantive consideration if they:
are submitted in a language other than Belarusian or Russian;
do not contain the citizen’s last name, first name, patronymic, or address of residence (or place of stay);
do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its registered address, as well as the last name, first name, and patronymic of the head or of the person authorized to sign appeals in accordance with the established procedure (for legal entities);
contain text that is unreadable;
contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
in accordance with legislative acts, another procedure for submitting and considering such appeals is established;
a repeated appeal has been submitted, if it has already been considered substantively and does not contain new circumstances that are relevant for the substantive consideration of the appeal.
