Electronic Appeals
Since January 2, 2023, electronic submissions are made through the national unified (integrated) republican information system for the registration and processing of appeals from individuals and legal entities “OBRASHENIYA.BEL”
Messages sent to the email address of OJSC “Grodno Tobacco Factory Neman”: info@tabak.by, are not subject to the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities,” and responses to such messages are not provided.
Appeals are left without substantive consideration if they (or in cases where they):
are not written in Belarusian or Russian;do not contain the citizen’s last name, first name, patronymic, or address of place of residence (or place of stay);
do not contain the citizen’s last name, first name, patronymic, or address of place of residence (or place of stay);
do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its registered address, as well as the last name, first name, and patronymic of the head or of a person authorized in accordance with the established procedure to sign appeals (for legal entities);
contain text that is unreadable;
contain obscene or offensive language or expressions;
a repeated appeal is submitted that has already been reviewed on the merits and does not contain any new circumstances relevant to its substantive consideration.
