It has become a cherished tradition for the workforce of JSC Grodno Tobacco Factory “Neman” to send warm greetings each year—between October 14 and 21—to the most important people in their lives: their parents. Factory employees actively participated in nationwide events marking “Parental Love Week” by using greeting cards prepared by the trade union committee.

Mother’s Day, celebrated on October 14, aims to uphold the tradition of treating women with care and respect while highlighting the invaluable role a mother plays in each of our lives. Father’s Day, observed on October 21, underscores the significant role fathers play in raising children and shaping an individual’s character.

The events held during Parental Love Week make a substantial contribution to preserving traditional family values ​​and strengthening the institution of the family as the foundation of the Belarusian state. This period serves as a reminder of the vital role both parents play in raising children and emphasizes that a harmonious family is the bedrock of a strong society.
